7. Restricted Activities

- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, off-roading, or other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or operating outside agreed geographical boundaries without permission is strictly forbidden.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Limitation of Liability in Ashton-in-Makerfield
